This project was used by AT&T as compliance model for International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 certification.Included in my duties/accomplishments:Install, maintain, and support Oracle 10g on Windows XP.Configure and test RMAN backup, restore, and recovery processes.Monitor databases using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).Design and implement schema security for developers and for application schemas.Manage and maintain data model in ERwin Data Modeler: Monitor and tune application SQL and PL/SQL modules using OEM and Automated Workload Repository.Tune physical database.Develop, document process to load external data feeds using external tables and PL/SQL.Utilize ClearCase repository for configuration management repository.Utilize Data Pump Export and Data Pump Import to move data.Supported effort for database requirements analysis and database creation for national Do Not Call Registry.
