In collaboration with multidisciplinary hospital team including upper management and spine surgery program medical director, I am responsible for the development and implementation of a new Orthopaedic Spine Surgery Program at Rochester General Hospital. Focused on patient and staff education, quality and safety, and improving patient outcomes and satisfaction utilizing complex data collection and analysis, we will provide even more exceptional care for our spine surgery patients.

Provides excellent Orthopaedic care to patients across the hospital from pediatric to geriatric populations. Skilled at first assist in surgery, fracture/dislocation reduction and casting/splinting in the emergency department, and pre/postoperative medical management of surgical patients. Responsible for APP team management, scheduling, and training.
