As Receptionist, I greeted and signed in all visitors & contractors to Treasury Wine Estates, answered and screened calls, re-designed the reception manual, kept accounts up to date, managed diaries and calendars, reviewed first aid supplies, communicated at all levels and best of all tasted many delicious wines all with a smile! My time at Pearson Education saw the company move from Port Melbourne to the Docklands and merge into Pearson, Penguin Random House. After completing my reception work and supporting the Facilities Department, I was lucky enough to read and review books by many talented authors.

Southbank & Abbotsford

At Carlton & United Breweries, I screened a high volume of phone calls, signed in many visitors and organised supporting documentation and accounts for the events department.

Caulfield

Whilst at Grimwade House as an Integration Aide, I helped support children with special needs to achieve realistic outcomes with positive results. This involved liaising between the school, parents and any external specialists. I also provided administrative support to the Learning Strategies Department.
