Supported the execution of Supporter retention strategies, leading a team of 3 to deliver campaigns to low-mid value donors across direct mail, digital and telephone channels. Whilst supporting other teams on the development of kid's quarterly magazines and loyalty communications. I also worked with finance, legal and compliance teams.

Project managed multi-channel Dove campaigns (TV, Print, OOH, Digital, Social, POS), working with specialist in-house teams on asset delivery for EMEA markets.

Managed delivery of creative assets (OOH, press, static digital ads, in store, event stationery and radio and TV scripts) for a range of clients, working with internal teams and external suppliers to do so.

On secondment from Rapp, following a new business win - Virgin Media. I supported on the delivery of creative assets for Customer, Acquisition and Brand campaigns, across multiple channels (DM, press, OOH, POS, radio, DRTV and digital), ensuring they're delivered to scope, schedule, budget and on brand.

Primarily worked on the NSPCC account, also supporting on projects for The Salvation Army, Operation Smile and The Blue Cross accounts. Responsible for briefing and delivery of creative assets for direct mail and email campaigns, digital magazine, press ads and brand guideline projects.

Started in Customer Services, progressing into the Fundraising Team. Responsible for working with internal teams and rehoming centres as well as external agencies to deliver acquisition and retention campaigns and branding projects to budget, scope and schedule. Supported on new gifts catalogue setup including product selection and fulfilment setup and branding guideline and implementation projects. Liaised with Legal Team on contracts.
