My work has involved:- understanding, shaping, evolving, and telling a compelling story about an organization's purpose and identity, including and especially during start-up, expansion, and/or transition;- understanding needs and priorities for school improvement and designing customized scopes of work that achieve a shared vision for success; - designing and implementing outreach and staffing plans and selection criteria/processes by which to bring on board a strong team with the capacity to collectively carry out an ambitious mission/vision; - hiring, facilitating, and developing strong and effective teams, both departmentally and cross-functionally- developing and deepening strategic partnerships- leading the development and execution of strategic planning- leading marketing, admissions, outreach, and business development- strengthening organizational culture- advancing operational excellence and long-term sustainability
