About me:In grad school one of my classmates called me a "leader."I don't think of myself as a leader: I think of myself as an effective story-teller / communicator / instructor. I can deliver complex information to any audience (even in a smoke-filled plane) because I put people before practices and I'll redesign a better mousetrap.I transitioned from academia to Digital Works, a nonprofit to teach Customer Service, Keyboarding, Resume & Cover Letter Writing and Interviewing. I discovered my Best Employer with BMW Financial Services where I provide Customer Service and teach international associates Workplace English.
