I am currently CEO of Loch Ness Productions, Inc. We create content for museums, planetarium facilities, and science centers, as well as outreach products for observatories and other astronomy-related entities. Currently consulting on various projects in the U.S. and Asia. I also work independently on stand-alone projects. I am also a voice-over talent, with a number of science-related media projects to my credit. In addition, I am a cruise enrichment speaker, primarily through the Smithsonian Travels program, and I appear several times a year on Celebrity and other cruise lines. I specialize in astronomy and space science topics. I have a background in astronomy, science journalism, and education. I have also taken training as an environmental/climate change speaker and writer. I have worked as an editor and writer. Oct 1992 - PresentLoch Ness Productions is a unique multimedia production company, specializing in cosmically creative content for fulldome and new media applications. We also work with observatories and other institutions on astronomy outreach. Loch Ness Productions is currently working on several fulldome video projects.I created podcasts for the Astronomical Society of the Pacific, vodcasts for MIT's Haystack Observatory, and an exhibit project for NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory. In 2005-2007, I worked with Friends of the Observatory (Griffith Observatory) in 2005 and 2006 as senior exhibit writer for their recently refurbished and expanded astronomy exhibits; I also worked with Gemini Observatory on press releases and other outreach products; and occasionally work with Subaru Observatory for outreach.My latest exhibition project was for the Shanghai Astronomical Museum. I consulted on their exhibit plan, and worked with their team to create and finalize the English language panel descriptions. Previous collaborations include work with the Space Science Institute to bring the fulldome show "MarsQuest" to domes around the world. I've also worked with several European producers to bring their shows to wider audiences. I have also worked as a cruise enrichment speaker, aboard ships for Celebrity, Princess, Holland America, Regent, and Crystal. My talks focus on astronomy and space science topics.

Feb 2008 - PresentIn 2005-6 I worked with Griffith Observatory to create a building-wide set of exhibits about astronomy. The theme was "Turning Visitors Into Observers."In 2008, I wrote an exhibit called "California's Altered State" under contract to Cinnabar California. The theme was climate change, and the title was "California's Altered State."In 2010 I worked with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory to write exhibits for the von Karman Visitor Center.
