Carolyn is a registered and certified yoga therapist and instructor who specializes in educating others in yoga through classes, retreats, and private lessons. At this time, all classes are virtual until further notice. Most recent regular classes were at the Fargo VA, First Lutheran Church, Prairie St. John's hospital, and Heartsprings Healing center.
