I am a CMII credentialed Change Analyst who creates order out of chaos. I pride myself on the ability to view and understand the impact a change may have on the customer, product and business, then take action and get to work. My experience encompasses the entire product lifecycle from proposal, to project management, to configuration planning, Change Board Chair, failure investigations, system support, upgrades and direct interaction with the customer. I am a proven leader with a clear understanding of the importance of a well written and documented change. I enjoy educating and guiding employees through the process so they are able to understand and write change orders knowing the direct impact to the organization and product configuration is consistently maintained.
