● Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO and extended Senior Leadership team,including emails, calendar management, T&E management and travelneeds● Prep expense reports, purchase orders and payment requests for vendors● Manage meetings, travel and calendars for the CEO and the entire Senior Leadershipteam within Outlook, including preparation of travel itineraries● Extensive calendar support for the senior management team in a fast-paced environment,with the ability to be reached during and after business hours● Schedule and coordinate conference calls and meetings as needed in a predominantlyvirtual environment● Manage the CEO's fleet for personal and business use● Travel with the CEO to attend company acquisition meetings
