About Carolyn Lowe

Carolyn’s experience spans across real estate, marketing and consulting. This breadth of expertise has allowed her to serve individuals, small offices and large, established companies via the extensive expertise and knowledge she has gathered over the past three decades. Throughout her career, Carolyn has consulted with real estate agents, real estate companies and other non-real estate organizations in the areas of marketing strategy, utilization of technology, marketing planning, vendor audits and selection, creative direction, building internal marketing departments and more. Carolyn started her career in sales in Billings, Montana prior to relocating to Orange County, California. Given her sales background, real estate was a natural fit. After joining Coast Newport Properties to oversee their marketing efforts, she was inspired to develop the first in-house real estate marketing department―a practice which has been widely adopted by successful brokerages today. The company’s advanced methods launched a period of rapid growth that ultimately led to the company being acquired by Coldwell Banker in 2000. Carolyn then set her sights on refining residential marketing strategies with an up and coming new firm―Strada Properties. She built and managed internal marketing initiatives, including branding, creative direction, marketing planning and execution and a marketing concierge program to help Strada agents with their marketing needs. As a shareholder, her efforts quickly assisted in Strada becoming a premier brokerage that was also acquired by Coldwell Banker. Today, Carolyn consults real estate professionals, real estate offices and non-real estate organizations through delivering an exceptional experience and sharing her progressive thinking.

    In 2000, Carolyn and ten extremely successful Realtors founded Strada Properties – a high-end, full-service brokerage that serviced Orange County’s luxury housing market and clientele. While the other partners were actively selling, Carolyn managed daily operations, recruiting and retention, and the development and launch of pioneering marketing programs. When Strada Properties began, the company’s pro forma forecasted the recruitment of 29 agents by the end of year three.
