After receiving her BA in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2007, Carolynn quickly accumulated experiences in Western Canada’s booming Employment and Staffing Industry. Carolynn has over 12 years of combined experience in Recruitment Process Development and Management, added efficiencies, psychometric assessments, and position/candidate profiling for job suitability. For the past 5 years, Carolynn has expanded her practical business knowledge to include small business marketing and operations efficiency. Carolynn is energized by the unique needs of Prairie Employers and Business Managers. In May of 2013 Carolynn received her CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) Certification through the Association of Canadian Search, Employment, and Staffing Services (ACSESS), followed by her CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designation through the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) in June of 2016. With the rapid growth of her husband’s business, Carolynn joined the 306 Plumbing and Heating team as their Operations Manager in May of 2019. In this role, Carolynn focuses on marketing, administration, and business operations. In December of 2020 Carolynn finally took the step into Entrepreneurship and launched Evolution Business Support Systems. Focused on efficiency and predictability for small business owners and managers Carolynn’s expertise in staffing solutions, marketing, and business operations can be leveraged. By providing practical support and expert consultation to small business owners, Carolynn continues to provide Clients with predictability through consistent solutions. When she’s not providing business support expertise Carolynn can likely be found in the stands at the local hockey arena or at her favourite dance and fitness studios in Martensville, SK.
