Reviews all pricing proposals, contracts, amendments, RFP's, eIAR's (Impact Assessment Requests), complex solutions and Deal Life Cycle Management Opportunities to determine if they are supportable from a billing/Finance perspective. Research and identify alternative or optimal billing solutions using expert judgment and working with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Contract Billing, Contract Rate Maintenance (CRM), Credit & Collections, AR, Revenue Accounting, Tax, etc. to define contract specific solutions and ensure all groups that are impacted are kept informed.Manage all payment term escalations within policy procedures.Project manage custom contract initiatives, big deals and Deal Life Cycle Management opportunities from initiation to implementation, including development of IT supported solutions where required. Create all appropriate billing documentation (global matrix, support documents, solution summary, status reports, etc.) and lead and participate in conference calls and internal deal negotiations.

Worked with Product & Release Management and IT Groups to ensure the billing systems had the functionality to set up pricing by Contract Rate Management.

Drove the implementation process for special priced contracts for large business customers. Utilized the billing systems to automate contract rates and discounts. Interfaced with various groups such as BD, Presale, Billing and Account Teams.

Responsible for analyzing contracts, rate and discount entry, contract automation and issuing credits or creating special reporting for Branch customers with specialized contract.
