After working in marketing and community outreach for several years, I became inspired to pursue a career aligned with my beliefs in emotional connection, justice, and equity and began my path as a Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapist. I studied at Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education & Counseling, and my training centered values of equity, social justice, and a systemic relational lens. My therapeutic approach draws on Bowenian, Emotion-Focused, and Socioemotional Relationship therapies, and I have additional training in Sex Therapy and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). My style is playful, compassionate, and client-led.
