Started as a Senior Consultant on the commercial side of the business. After a year of being the top seller, I offered to open a new Industrial division which became a success within 6 months. I managed 4 members of staff also before I left the position to start my own business.

I was headhunted by Meridian to start an Industrial/Driving division from scratch with the view to having a seperate branch when successful. I billed within my first month and within 6 months we were in the position to take on additional staff and move into our own office. My clients who had used me for over 10 years followed me and I built up a successful desk with regular billings and was also responsible for managing the Royal Mail contract where I was large bookings of 200-300 staff a day.
