I am an accidental entrepreneur. I didn't think I'd be back on the agency side after 15 years away from it, let alone owning an agency. But here I am, following in my grandfather's footsteps ("Noonie Cookies"), and enjoying every challenge, every win, every stumble and every accolade. Response is a marketing agency that has a small team of incredibly talented individuals, has won over 100 awards, has serviced clients like Logitech, McAfee, Netgear, Stanley Black & Decker, United Technologies/Carrier, Vudu, Amazon Web Services, Forevermark, Guess Watches, Uncle Julio's, Fortina, among others, and has been profitable since 2009. I became partner in 1 year, managing partner within 3 years, then purchased the agency from the founder in 2009. We have been recognized by Inc. 500/5000 as one of the fastest growing privately held companies 3 years in a row. We've been valued partners of McAfee, Logitech, and Stanley Black & Decker for more than 10 years, far outlasting the industry average of 3 years. We work with brands that have ambition, meaning those that are not satisfied with the status quo and want to do more... be more. We help those brands punch above their weight by being at their side overcoming limitations and developing marketing solutions that move the needle. We have so many success stories, here are just a few highlights:Hackable? An Original Podcast From McAfee. From concept to launch to a podcast that is in the top 1% of all podcasts ever produced. We were recognized for this work by the Shorty Awards and Digiday as Best Branded Podcast, and by AdAge Small Agency with Best Digital Campaign of the Year. Uncle Julio's Chocolate Piñata. The most successful new product launch, with a massive contribution to the bottom line. We were recognized with "Strategic Partner of the Year" Award from Uncle Julio's. Stony Creek Beer. A rebrand and marketing support that helped propel the company to the #2 brewery in the state of Connecticut.
