There is almost always a better way to get the *best* work done, and I get a thrill out of identifying those opportunities and motivating teams to embrace the change that comes with them.Creativity is at my core. An art school dreamer turned MBA-wielding marketer, I love to analyze and understand before diving into creative solutions.
