I managed a team of 30 employees and provided oversight to sales budget of $132M, promotional activities, and product development. Under my leadership, the team achieved an annual 20% operational sales increase. This milestone accounted for 40% of overall international retail sales. I created a guide that improved customer relations and increased employee skill sets for the Chinese market. The training material was later used as a standard training guide for the city of Paris.

Responsible for developing Galeries Lafayette's media relations for the Japanese market, I established a solid network with Japanese fashion and lifestyle journals, magazines, and other forms of media.
