I am currently a Y3/4 teacher and Curriculum Lead Practitioner. I have experience of all phases of primary school teaching through my roles as a teacher and my leadership posts. I am passionate about effective classroom practice and school leadership and aim to have a positive impact in all of my educational roles.I have experience of a wide range of leadership posts and qualifications including: Safeguarding , subject leader of PE, Humanities, Maths, RE, Assessment, Most Able, Upper pay scale appraiser, NQT/ITT mentor and in coaching.I also have the following qualifications and experience: PGCE, Leadership Pathways, NPQH, Teach First Leadership course, Head of Department, Deputy Head and Acting Head teacher of a large primary school.I have completed Level 2 coaching and continue to mentor ITT students as part of my leadership role.
