With almost 10 years of post qualification experience, he is dedicated to continuous learning and upskilling. He earned the DISA (ICAI) qualification in 2017 and completed his LL.B in 2021.He is currently pursuing the global course, ACCA (UK), and an Executive Management Program from Indian School of Business Hyderabad.In 2021, he led the financial, tax, and legal Due Diligence process and negotiations for a major acquisition with an Enterprise Value of INR 210 Crores, where Apollo Hospitals acquired a locally managed hospital. He now serves as the CFO of this Company, driving profitable growth through pricing, productivity, and volume increases, while also managing treasury operations, investor relations, Direct and Indirect taxation, and compliance.In his previous roles, he has handled diverse responsibilities, including managing a CBI raid, Indirect tax and Income Tax searches, surveys, assessments, and appeals. He has also provided accounting, finance, compliance, and taxation services to various clients.
