Reviewing and editing interactive e-learning courses before they left production. Responsible for working with a multi-disciplined team of designers, coders, instructional designers and training specialists to ensure the products arrived with clients in line with the quality standards required.

Employee training coordination and planning for the SAP rollout during 2002

Project team member supporting the company-wide $150 M implementation of SAP at Enron over a period of 2 years. Following this, I became a member of the training team and edited/managed the support website for the delivery of communications around the support function. My team were responsible for instructional design, development, communication, and change management functions to support the users of SAP at Enron.
