Partnership Manager
Current• Identify and secure new partnerships to enhance product portfolio• Conduct confident pitch presentations to win new partnerships• Curate and negotiate extraordinary experience offers in the tristate area• Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships, elevate our brand and the category awareness across the industry while contracting ‘best in class’ experiences for our customers and gift recipients • Build a strong pipeline of new business, negotiate rates and close deals with target list of partners • Ensure that capacity planning, service expectations and booking logistical considerations are signed off with partners from the outset and considered at every stage of selection and launch• Monitor partner product performance for specified areas and identify opportunities for growth as well as underperforming areas• Use quantitative approaches & data analysis as well as prevailing trends, market activity and consumer insight to create and maintain a market leading range of experiences• Be accountable for territory allocated, with commercial ownership of deals and rates, ensure we deliver the most attractive, competitive and relevant products for our customers• Act as main point of contact for allocated partners and ensure that all queries are addressed in a timely manner• Proactively manage partner accounts to develop strong business relationships, maximize sales and optimize performance in terms of offers, cost of goods,, quality, service and innovation• Create and share annual plans for the territory • Build promotional campaigns and optimization plans with strategic accounts in your region • Research and source market leading promotional offers to satisfy margin requirements of key clients• Attend networking events and tradeshows to advance our brand and build relationships• Work closely with Partner Support to ensure they receive all details required to set up new supplier accounts, products, and promotions correctly and within agreed timelines
