As Client Experience Director for The Jamrog Group, I make our client-centric vision come to life. Data analytics and customer experience are my specialties, and I often dream in spreadsheets and creative ways to use them.

Business in a car dealership moves quickly and needs more coordination than just handing someone their keys and teaching them how to use the tech in their car. I manage the streams of information from insurance companies, state regulators, finance, and maintenance to make sure customers walk out with no idea how complex the process is.Beyond my stated job description I’ve dedicated myself to improving workflows across the company. I’ve created automated tools, upgraded processes, and used internal feedback to change how we work. I’ve managed a constantly shifting staff without missing a beat. My efforts earned me the 2018 company-wide MVP award in my first year for making my coworkers as happy as my customers.

As the sole proprietor at Splityarn, I’ve had a busy 15 years. What started as a sewing business and an Etsy shop grew into a way to share and do what I love on many fronts. From appearing on HGTV, to publishing Knitting it Old School, to teaching online classes to more than 60000 students, I’ve learned the in-and-outs of entrepreneurship from the ground up.

In my time at the Family Center I focused on bringing systems and tools online that helped automate, manage, and report on the information that flows through the business. From email marketing with MailChimp, to online forms and contact tracking with Google Apps, anything that helped staff focus on their passion, not drown in paperwork.

Answering facility calls for what was essentially the 12th largest city in Texas was a big job. From logging and dispatching maintenance service requests, filing payroll for a 15 person shop, managing schedules and providing administrative assistance for supervisors, I did it all.

Tier I and II support for point of sale systems, real estate management and accounting software with an installation base across North America.

Maintained Whistler Blackcomb product set up for all departments from HR to Finance to Tickets and Passes to Rentals. Reported on daily guest visits and Line of Business revenue and discounts.
