I have led and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to implement school-wide initiatives, fostering a collaborative culture focused on student success and holistic development. I am proficient in resolving conflicts and fostering positive relationships among students, faculty, and parents, promoting a harmonious school community. I believe in the role of teachers and school leaders as facilitators who provide time, tools, and resources to support teacher development and student academic attainment. Learning should be personalized, together with Modern Technology, for teachers and students. I believe in diversity in education, cultural inclusion and sensitivity, and equitable opportunities for all learners.
