I have over 25 years of experience in information technology, software project management, and agile environments, and I hold PMP, ITIL, and SFC certifications.In my current role, I oversee the enterprise VoIP telephony operations, digital facsimile services, and operator consoles, ensuring the quality and reliability of the communication systems across the network. I also successfully led the full life-cycle systems integration project for designing and deploying the Cisco VoIP telephony system across Jefferson's 18-hospital footprint, working with multiple cross-functional and remote teams, managing vendors, and communicating with executives.In addition, I co-founded and led a nonprofit organization that produced and delivered essential personal protective equipment to frontline healthcare workers during the 2020 pandemic, receiving formal recognition from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
