At MRI Software I am responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Human Resource Management and Facilities Management across Asia Pacific. I am fortunate to lead an innovative team responsible for managing the entire employment lifecycle; creating great working environments; and leading organisational and talent development initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. As a member of MRI’s regional leadership group, I provide strategic input in shaping MRI’s regional business objectives and provide advice to peers regarding the people implications of all major business decisions. At Rockend I was responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategic human resource initiatives that aligned with Rockend’s vision, mission and strategic plans on a company-wide basis. I was privileged to build and lead an innovative People team responsible for ensuring Rockend’s ability to attract, retain, reward and motivate world-class talent; creating great working environments; and leading organisational and team development initiatives in this growing organisation. As a member of Rockend’s Executive Leadership Team, I provided strategic input in shaping Rockend’s business objectives, and provide advice to peers regarding the people implications of all major business decisions. Rockend is a real estate software company, delivering innovative software solutions to over 6,000 property professionals for over 40 years across Australia and New Zealand. Today 60% of Australian rental properties are managed through our software. Our award winning teams help our customers simplify, automate and streamline their trust accounting, operational, and administrative tasks, so they can spend more time building relationship with their clients and growing their business. Rockend was acquired by MRI Software in 2019.
