During college and following graduation, I worked in public and private accounting with a CPA firm and with a world leader in the orthopedic industry. This process had several parts:-Phone call: I spent 15 minutes to an hour on the phone with clients, talking through their background. This gave me the opportunity to learn something about their personality, dig into accomplishments they may not have realized were important, and understand the context of their achievements, enabling me to write a resume on their behalf that accurately represents them.-Writing: After the phone call, I combined my notes, their previous resume, and any additional materials and merged them into an engaging, professional, and concise 2- to 3-page executive resume.
