Have been in the food industry for 5+ years. Working in casinos, hotels, restaurants and bakeries. Started out as a baker and have worked my way up to holding executive pastry chef and general manager roles within the industry for the past 3 years. I have a wide range of knowledge in baking and pastry along with day to day kitchen management. I have lead pastry departments in hotels and restaurants as well as managing bakeries. I am still young compared to most in this industry but my work ethic is incomparable. I am very reliable, dependable and always willing to go the extra mile with my own projects as well as helping others. I am very easy to get along with and am a great team player, I believe I would be an asset to any team I join.
