The challenge in the consumer service business is to maintain a certain level of quality control, and creating a culture for the employees performing the services. My goal going forward is to continue to grow the business, by increasing commercial accounts(which only accounts for 25% of our revenue). Chem-dry is the largest residential and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning organization in the world. I want to utilize these resources to gain new customers and maintain the current clients. I also invest in real estate, and wish to continue learning about the real estate market, and slowly grow my portfolio of real estate properties.
