My past experience has been developing and building agricultural operations focusing primarily on seeds. Over all of my 38 years in agriculture, I have been very good at starting things from a base of 0. From initiating a field level Quality Assurance program 38 years ago, through developing and building research farms in Peru, production organizations in China, global production organizations for multinationals to hybrid seed production systems in Miscanthus and Jatropha, that is my track record. Of all the different manufacturing processes, consistency and success is quite difficult to achieve in seed production because of all the uncontrollables encountered which change every year. My continued goal is to leverage this skill of successfully working in a constantly changing, dynamic environment into any industry and business with similar challenges. My experience in agriculture has convinced me that I will never retire because I cannot envision myself relaxing my life away when mankind is faced with its own survival in terms of food and water. I am full of energy and passion and I want to always put that to productive use. So don't consider me first as a seed professional, but as a passionate professional with the skills to add value in any industry. I make things happen.
