What could be--that is what motivates me. I love painting an ever-evolving picture of the vision, to instill in others a discontentedness for the status quo, and inspire them to action. My knack for pattern recognition allows me to identify opportunities and risks, and to build effective solutions. For me, it’s a yes until it’s a no--if we can’t solve for this, you’ll have to convince me. Whiteboards are fun, and I love anything involving the word “development”--business, organization, product, people, leadership, you name it. I am energized by excavating potential, and using that potential to create stakeholder value.I am passionate about quality leadership, accountability and organizational health, and it shows in every area of my life--from parenting to the professional, and everything in between.
