My approach is centred on empowering teams to work effectively, using the right tools and processes to deliver sustainable results.I have over 20 years’ experience covering varying size projects and progammes from desktop deployments to full scale data center migrations to meet a business’s critical exit date, all being managed across both Public and Private sector organisations and the challenges that each of those customer specific environments brings. I have led large-scale initiatives, including the remediation of desktop and server infrastructures, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term stability. I have also overseen bulk data centre migrations and closures, guiding organisations through complex, mission-critical changes. In addition, I have implemented cloud service automation, optimising processes and delivering enhanced efficiency across platforms. My experience extends to improving service management processes, driving operational excellence, and working on a range of projects across both public and private sectors.I have worked as both client and supplier in several differing assignments so is able to work through challenges that both face when working on complex transformation and IT programmes of work and find suitable solutions to help drive progress forward from both a technical and business level.
