CurrentAs a Field Service Engineer, working for an industry leader, I'am committed to ensure service for our customers who use our Sysmex instrumentation and software. In this role, I have the opportunity to provide technical expertise support to products (XN, XE, XT, XP, KX, SP, TS,DI, DM, HST, XN-9XXX and SIS/EPU) for multiple customer laboratories.- Provide high level of technical support and customer service on-site within the region and where required - Installation, performance maintenance, troubleshoot and support for Sysmex medical devices.- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems during implementation, start-up and routine work, ensuring compliance with customer satisfaction, quality and safety standards.- IT for SIS & EPU Software.- Provide on-call 24H/7 emergency service as required.- Proactively interface and communicate with partners and customers to build and maintain strong relationships- Organize and manage regular customer visits, calls, demonstrations and presentations with customers.
