My responsibilities include Visual merchandising products to attract customers, Stock control and checking invoices from suppliers. With this, a high standard of customer service is provided to meet the needs of customers. Working within a team to meet weekly and monthly KPI's and sales targets and learning the skills of up selling premium brands. Within my time at Hoopers, I have been involved with every part of the operation. From working on the sales floor, to the catering, to cash office support, to good in and stock management. Working at Hoopers from an age of 16, through college and university, it gave me the early foundations and platform of knowledge as to how real businesses operate.

Responsible for the Marketing of a secondary academy of 1500 students, a business conference centre, with the aim of generating revenue to support the running of the academy. This includes attracting new external business and maintain a steady relationship long term. Also responsible for a separate sports centre, again maximising revenues from the resources the academy had on site.

Successfully marketed some of the biggest brands, such as Symths Toy's, Mini, The Co-operative food. All adverts were produced and were shown nationally on ITV. Had experience in various departments and had to work to tight deadlines. Developed fantastic project management skills throughout and thrived in the fast paced environment.
