As the Owner/Principal of Cielo Strategy Group, I have been sparking, cultivating, and soaring with nonprofit organizations for more than nine years. I am passionate about strengthening the sector from the inside out, by implementing strategies that build capacity, increase visibility, and foster community partnerships. I am also a proud recipient of the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest honor in Girl Scouting, which reflects my commitment to leadership, service, and excellence.I have over 30 years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, board governance, and communications, with a proven track record of leading successful teams, campaigns, and initiatives. My expertise ranges from program development and organizational development to board engagement, capital campaigns, endowments, and philanthropy. I have worked with diverse and inclusive organizations across various sectors, such as the San Antonio Area Foundation, the YWCA, Girl Scouts, and the North Carolina Community Foundation.
