Entry of all EFT payments, Posting Patient and Insurance Payments, Coding (ICD9 & Procedure), Anesthesia Billing Entry, Filing Electronic/Paper (HICFA) claims, Denials/Appeals, EOB’s/COB’s, Medicaid, Medicare A/B, all other insurance carriers, Monthly Collections, Credentialing files/records for all MD’s, MD Call schedule/CRNA Call Schedule, all other basic office duties.

Medical clinic staffing, specialty clinics, family practice.Pre-screen / Pre-Interview applicants for positions available with our clinics.

Appointment Scheduling, Check-in/out patients, Co-Pays, Insurance Verification/Benefits, Filing, Chart/Med. Records, Very heavy phone volume, Heavy Typing/Data Entry, 10-key, Patient Intakes, Very fast paced, busy clinic atmosphere.

Assisting with accounts payable/receivable, all account payable duties, Input of Invoices, Heavy data entry, heavy phone volume, input of calls into a very detailed message board, general administrative assistant duties
