- Manage a portfolio of Work for the Digital Center of Excellence at a Fortune 100 company- Specifically responsible for the Agent Web portal. - Key responsibilities included: - Development of overarching digital strategy for the Agent facing websites for Humana - Serve as the liaison between business and IT to gain engagement, alignment and agreement upon approach - Write Vision and Scope Documents, develop features, and collaborate with Product Owner and Business Analyst on development of requirements and stories - Drive the project team toward successful delivery of a mature roadmap of features for our users - Manage day to day issue resolution including incident tickets and management to deliver promised valueHighlights: - Worked concurrently on a dedicated transformation team to look at the Agent experience from start to finish and to Blue Sky a possible replacement for the existing Agent portal.
