• Manage the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation. • Coordinate training programs for new accounting staff and identify training needs for current staff.• Provide analysis of identified accounting related issues and implement changes* Oversee and perform all month end closing procedures• Verify accuracy of account balances and classifications.
