Emergency Planning Resilience & Response Practitioner (EPRR) Practitioner & EFM Compliance Manager

• Responsible for:- Co-ordination and support of external quality assurance visits and their associated governance frameworks within the Trust.- Monitoring and tracking of compliance with the CQC fundamental standards of quality and safety.- Work with Divisional Teams to assess and set improvement programmes to ensure deliver reliable governance in support of external quality assurance visits. • Leadership- Provide expert advice to divisional teams on interpretation of regulatory requirements and types of assurances that are required to be in place, reviewed and monitored as part of their divisional governance arrangements- Actively promote first line regulation in all aspects of service delivery through the implementation of initiatives to increase understanding, the provision of support and training for staff and through a monitoring of assurance outcomes. • Service Delivery and Improvement- monitoring quality intelligence from complaints, litigation, incidents, PALS and other sources of information to assess areas where compliance with regulatory standards may be at risk and take action to ensure these acted upon by the relevant teams.- Link learning from national high-level inquiries, central alerts to internal assurance checks and highlight for action as required.-Working with Divisional Teams to assess and identify areas for improvement within their assessment programmes and set ambitious goals incrementally achieving the ambition of being ‘outstanding’.
