I am thrilled to work with adolescents in the Richland Jr. Sr. High School to support their mental health needs! Methods used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing among others Students are able to come for individual therapy during their school day, which affords them the opportunity to seek help without having to use health insurance and without having to worry about coordinating rides and schedules to/from a counseling office. Students may also seek services throughout the summer months as this is a year-round position. Please spread the word that REACH services are available, free of charge, for students to take advantage of once per year, once per week, once per month, or as often as needed!
