Data Architect• Architected several subject areas including sales data to replace an antiquated cube technology with Tableau. IT ERP Integration Lead• IT lead for multiyear, $25M project to integrate into Infor’s M3 (ERP platform). • Lead a team of 5 other developers to convert data from AS400 to M3. • Managed the integration of approximately 10 other systems requiring 40+ integrations into the new ERP platform. • Created the production cutover plan and implemented the plan successfully and according to original schedule. ERP Program Manager• Lead from a business and IT perspective for multiyear, $25M project to integrate into Infor’s M3 (ERP platform). • Lead a team 30-50 contractors/project managers/business SMEs to implement the full Infor suite. • Coordinated the work of multiple business areas to ensure that teams were not working in silos and project schedules were in synch among the teams. The work included integrations and reports from an IT perspective and as-is and to-be business process flows with SOPs from business perspective.• Created project schedules, removed roadblocks, ensured that all teams stayed on track as well as provided executive status reporting for both the IT space as well as the business space.

IT ERP Lead• IT lead for a 1.5 year, $5M project to integrate into Deltek’s CostPoint (ERP platform). • Wrote about 20% of the PL/SQL code for the data conversion and lead a team of 6 other developers to convert data from Cincom to CostPoint. • Managed the integration of approximately 20 other systems requiring integration into the new ERP platform. • Created the production cutover plan and implemented the plan successfully and according to original schedule. BI Team Lead Consultant• Serve as a lead over a nine person BI team providing direction based on extensive BI background and prior experiences. Project was to deliver a data warehouse as well as over 120 custom reports. • Managed the agile development methodology including workload prioritization for the BI team. • Solely responsible for maintaining the data model in TOAD data modeler, setting modeling standards and ensuring that the model could grow with the business as well as fit current reporting needs.• Data discovery to understand the new source data at a very detailed level and communicate the business rules to the ETL team through mapping documents. • Responsibilities include several others areas of the development life cycle as well.

Participated in the successful implementation of SABA e-learning.

• Responsible for creating a new transactional and reporting database for a company in the crop insurance industry. • Performed data analysis of two data sources from government agencies, creating mapping documents for the developers and performing QA on the developers work. • Owned all aspects of the data for this project including managing the 3 person data team.

• Responsible for implementing MicroStrategy for Tax Services. Initial deployment included 3 reporting applications, with customized security for 10,000 field managers. Full implementation including hardware, software, security and reporting applications was successfully deployed on schedule in 6 months. • Oversaw full project team including architects, business analysts, developers, and quality analysts.

• Project Executive for $6M project, led the implementation of an enterprise data mart and Business Intelligence platform delivering performance management reporting and analytics to senior executives and field management in three business units of a Fortune 500 financial services firm.• Managed the only enterprise data warehouse in the company that encompassed all three of H&R Block's business units. Bringing this data together allowed them cross-sell opportunities earning H&R Block millions of dollars every year. Reporting was generated and maintained by my group for many years.• Developed an application to alert advisors of their accounts that had been inactive for the prior 12 months. The application also included progress reports for the advisors and management to show the revenue generated from contacting these inactive accounts. The total revenue earned after 1 year of this reporting was $6M.• Managed the building of an advisor scorecard that represented several areas of an advisors performance. This scorecard became the primary tool for management to utilize across the organization to measure an advisors successes and areas for improvement. It continually evolved with the business needs for over 6 years.
