While I take pride in reaching professional goals, to me it is a byproduct of an unwavering work ethic, positive attitude, refined organizational skills, and boundless energy. These traits are the foundation of why I have consistently over performed in my career and been implicitly trusted by my team to get things done right and on time. Six years after starting a family, I returned to the professional work force full throttle! Pulling from my prior Alaska tourism and hospitality experience, I restarted my career at a Hilton Garden Inn as a front desk agent. As I rose hierarchically at the hotel and moved on to my next GM position, I continue to develop the leadership qualities that serve me today – accountability, relationship management, effective communication, conflict management. I am proud of my experiences and eager for opportunities to show how my work ethic, attitude, organizational skills, and energy will benefit my professional growth.
