I recently went to the Czech Republic to transfer some of the manual work my team do and train others on our system. The transfer was 100% successful and there was no risk to the business. Part of my role is to have a strong relationship with Suppliers, I meet with suppliers face to face and discuss operational issues that may be causing customer problems.

In January 2008 I moved into the credit control department the key purpose of this role was to chase debt within SME/Public Sector/and Corporate debt.
