• Engage and connect 50+ regional and national leaders • Develop health and growth of Campus Life nationally• Develop strategies to strengthen communication• Create task teams in order to produce resources to increase effective ministry • Serve on National Campus Life Team• Teach and train new staff.

• Act as mentor and counselor for 25+ high school female students each year counseling them in the areas of family disruption, eating disorders, peer relationships, academic challenges, etc.• Develop curriculum, recruit and lead staff members• Recruit new participants • Develop and organize fundraising efforts, both individual and group • Serve on regional Youth for Christ leadership team in the Central States• Direct and develop all major fundraising events of organization totaling $50,000 annually • Direct and develop programming for special events• Coordinate all trips and special events for high school students o Haiti – work at Mission of Hope orphanage o Mississippi – hurricane clean-up o Multiple camp trips – Colorado, Canada, etc.

• Manage annual fundraisers which met or exceeded set goal for last 6 years.• Manage all aspects of student travel throughout the United States working within a set budget – each year staying within or under set budget.• Manage and develop all major events for local organization totaling or exceeding $50,000 annually.
