• Oversee a seven-member team and manage product development activities (including formulation and nonwoven) for baby, facial, hand and surface wipes from conception to commercialization • Lead innovation platforms to deliver products with skin health benefits, superior sensory performance, and high sustainability profile• Actively involved in raw material sourcing plans of wipe markets and maintain a broad network of global suppliers and 3rd party partners to support product development and innovation• Establish the sustainability platform utilizing naturally-derived ingredients and plant-based fibers and carry out claim strategies of biodegradability and compostability, from testing to certifications• Partnered with marketing and major retailors, such as Costco, Walmart, Target, Amazon and others, to deliver a pipeline of wipe products for their private label brands including Kirkland Signature, Parent’s Choice, Up and Up, Elements and others• Familiar with FDA/OTC drugs, EPA/household cleaning and cosmetic regulations

• Commercialized over 100 wipe products covering from baby, facial, surface, healthcare to food service• Developed and executed safer choice claims for disinfecting/sanitizing wipes with new active ingredient and 100% sustainable biodegradable nonwovens• Served as technical liaison for Contracting Business and customized skin care wipe products for Neutrogena, Simple, Dove, L’Oréal and other national brands
