WHAT WE DO:• Assess the corporate real estate needs of each client.• Develop a customized strategy to objectively resolve those needs.• Assemble the best-in-class design and project management team, as needed.• Prepare the market survey of all viable opportunities.• Tour buildings and solicit proposals from those selected for further consideration.• Prepare a financial analysis and comparison of proposals to determine total occupancy costs.• Evaluate each building’s ability to meet client needs, including test fits & construction pricing.• Leverage the market to achieve the most beneficial business terms and protections for our client.• Provide objective counsel throughout the decision making process.• Review the draft lease to insure it reflects the negotiated business terms.• Submit draft lease for legal review by client’s attorney.• Negotiate and secure a fully executed lease document.• Prepare the lease abstract. • Additionally, educate users of corporate space about issues that will impact their business via newsletters, speaking engagements and guest TV appearances.
