Managed a team of 5 web designers and front-end programmers that developed customized design and user interface support for 50+ financial institutions. Together we provided design and CSS support for multiple Internet Banking platforms within the Fiserv digital channels organization. We coordinated closely with other web development and project management teams to provide design and programming support for customer initiatives and provide guidance to the product management team on the addition of new features and functionality to be added to the marketing website platform. My department was a key contributor to the development and user interface support of the WebFederal mobile banking platform and worked closely with the development team on product enhancements.

Created the Web Design Services department from the ground up and managed all functions of the department including hiring employees and defining design, production, quality assurance and implementation processes. My award-winning team of 6 web designers and programmers developed over 180 financial services websites and actively supported over 160 sites on a yearly basis that served over 1.7 million users. I typically managed a large workload of 40+ large customer implementations and 1,000+ support cases per year while contributing to the technical innovation and overall business direction of the WebFederal platform.

Partnered with Sales and Executive Management teams to grow a company consisting of 10 online banking customers to an organization with over 80 Internet Banking clients serving over 1.7 million consumers. I designed and developed the company’s brand and executed a targeted marketing strategy using limited resources that helped the company effectively compete with much larger organizations. A key component of our successful marketing strategy was a very successful monthly thought leadership publication which I designed, developed and circulated to over 6,000 readers nationwide. My team of 4 design and marketing professionals developed award-winning marketing collateral and branding for our organization, its subsidiary and clients.

Defined branding standards, direction, and themes for all marketing collateral including 24 monthly circulars, 2 large comprehensive catalogs, annual reports, packaging, and advertising. I had the privilege of developing the branding, packaging, and advertising for their award-winning Coverz® product. One of my biggest accomplishments was the development of a streamlined process for creating 2 large yearly product catalogs that included over 1500 pages each. The improvements eliminated the need to hire temporary staff during the production season which saved the company thousands of dollars annually.
