I am able to work with customers one on one and help to find them the solution to their shipping needs.

Assisting with issues at the box office and any questions before the show. Working closely with the stage managers so they would be aware when the front of the house is prepared for the play to begin.Since the house management position requires you to keep the public happy, it is important to understand basic customer service skills so that the patron enjoy their experience. Attitude can influence the experience the public has at the theatre, which means that it should be positive and friendly. It is important to be a responsible individual who complies with safety regulations and encourage the public to do the same.
