I have 14 years of administrative experience in both local government and non-profit industries. Working alongside my peers and often behind the scenes, I provide guidance and recommendations on process improvement, strategic planning and general organization to keep our department operating smoothly. Over the years, I've become adaptable to changing and demanding environments and comfortable with ambiguity. I appreciate new and creative ideas - nothing should remain the same for too long. I enjoy problem solving, analyzing data and strategizing with others. My ideal employer not only acknowledges climate change, inclusivity and needs of their community or customer but prioritizes climate action, DEI initiatives and active responses to those they serve.Outside of my professional life, I love cooking, spending time on the Olympic Peninsula (away from Wi-Fi) and enjoying all things fireside.
