In this role, I play a key part in the expansion of marketing initiatives for the entire Muncaster Capital portfolio of brands, driving brand recognition, affinity, and adoption. In all markets where we play, the primary goal remains to transform our companies into digital leaders using all tools available including websites, social media, and e-commerce to name a few.In my previous role at Polyguard, I focused primarily on the Building & Construction envelope, but the need for the entire company to use digital tools and meet market demand resulted in a shifted focus and change in priorities. I realized quickly that the work needing done would impact every division at Polyguard and I began to more closely consider what was best for the entire company, not just the B&C segment.

Attached to the Building & Construction division of Polyguard Products, I work to support growth of the brand and products for the DIY and Commercial channels. My focus is internal as much as it is external, as the Marketing Team becomes more empowered to make decisions and create content that serves the consumer of these products, whether Architect or Home Owner.

The B2C and Digital Content Manager role is a customer-focused position within the Commercial Organization of DuPont's Shelter organization, under the Safety & Construction business, working primarily with the retail channel and retail customers. This role functions as the product creation and item maintenance SME – leading and executing these efforts for retail channel partners, as well as residential and commercial customers within DuPont's construction business, on an as-needed basis, by utilizing a mix of internal tools and external customer platforms in order to facilitate maximum value creation at each customer account. In this position, I work closely with Retail National Account Managers and Field Marketing to understand customer needs, prioritizing customer efforts, and executing required activities to drive product sales. Interaction across multiple internal functions is critical, working as a key member of multiple retail account teams in order to successfully drive timely and efficient product adoption and optimization, enable key promotional activities for specific accounts, execute on new growth opportunities, and track trends with regard to content and collaterals. This role also supports the preparation, communication, and placement of inventory for promotional events for top customers in the retail industry. Acting as the liaison, working directly with customers as needed in order to problem-solve or trouble-shoot on different retailer data platforms. In addition, I am responsible for leading analysis around and developing strategies for both market and customer-specific digital marketing and ecommerce activities, in effort to enhance DuPont's Construction Retail digital presence and brand identity.
